Next on Myrt's Docket: Blog Tweaking Workshop Webinar

Would you like Ol' Myrt to help tweak your new blog? Freshen up an older blog? If you use Blogger.com, then have I got a deal for you!

Hot on the heels of yesterday's webinar, Ol' Myrt will present a free small-group workshop webinar on March 15th to help three bloggers tweak their Blogger.com genealogy blogs. Everyone else can watch the process. Hopefully, I'll cover some of the very blog tweaks you've been wondering about lately.

Ol' Myrt will teak one of her own blogs LIVE, and then open the mic three additional bloggers who submit their blog in advance for Myrt's review. (I've got one panelist, but need two more.)

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR BLOG FOR TWEAKING(You'll become a panelist on the webinar, but Ol' Myrt will do the typing and tweaking.)

1. Register for the webinar.
2. Send Myrt@DearMYRTLE.com an email with the following:
  • Your name
  • Name of your blog
  • URL of your blog
  • Goals you have in mind to improve the look and feel of your blog
(Please note that Ol' Myrt here can only accept two additional panelists. I plan to make my selection based on the tweaks you wish to make. The goal is to provide a variety of real-time tweaks to benefit the greatest number of webinar attendees.)

3. You will receive an invitation to attend the seminar as a "Panelist" with unique login info.

4. You'll also receive an email from Myrt personally detailing how the workshop webinar will work.

5. To participate LIVE you must have a headset, or call-in on your phone so other participants can hear you during your segment of the workshop.

Caveat: If this turns out to be very popular, attendees may find it hard to "get in the door" on the day of the workshop. Panelists will have special reserved access. "Regular" attendees should plan to arrive about 10-15 minutes early to be sure you have a seat. Remember this room maxes out at 100 attendees. (It is what this non-corporate-sponsored Ol' Myrt here can afford.)

Looking forward to meeting with 100 of my dearest friends on the 15th at the LIVE DearMYRTLE Workshop Webinar (c).

Happy family tree climbing!
Myrt     :)
Your friend in genealogy.
