
Our special guest speaker this month, on March 21st at 7:00 p.m. MST, will be Raymon Naisbitt. His topic will be "Finding Your Irish Ancestors"
All hope is not lost when it comes to finding your Irish ancestors. Learn the basics for Irish research by examining the history and time period of records, how and where to access them, what’s available online and what information and strategies can be used to help you find your ancestors!
Raymon Naisbitt graduated from the University of Utah with a BA degree in Political Science and has minors in History and International Studies. He is an accredited genealogist, AG® in England research with the International Commission for the Accreditation of Professional Genealogists, (ICAPGenSM) and has been appointed to serve on their board as a Commissioner. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Utah Genealogical Association. He has been employed with FamilySearch for twelve years and works as a British and Irish research consultant, instructor, lecturer, and trainer at the Family History Library in Salt Lake.
