Taking Your Research to the Next Level

Have you reached the point where you need to learn about other resources and delve more deeply into those documents you have already found? This webinar is a unique chance to learn more about this and a Salt Lake Institute of Genealogy 2017 (SLIG) course that will show you how to take your research to a higher level, solve problems, and advance your family history. This course provides in-depth learning on 19th-21st century U.S. resources and the methodology for using them. It is more than you can glean from a single class. At SLIG the five days of learning help you probe deeper into
the content, origin, location, and interpretation of records. And it is not just listening to lectures, but interactive classroom time that takes you beyond basic research tools.
We venture to the Family History Library for a computer lab followed by opportunities for one-on-one consultations with guidance on your own research. During this webinar, listeners will be able to ask questions about the course, individual classes, the instructors, and learn why SLIG 2017 should be on your calendar
