Looking for Information on the Ulster Plantations (Scots who went to Ireland)?

If you have Scots-Irish ancestors and are trying to find out more about them, you will want to register for the Irish ViC (virtual conference). Fintan's presentation "Finding 17th Century Families in Ireland" gives a great deal of information about the Ulster Plantations and will give  you a better understanding of where to look for information on your Scottish ancestors who settled in Ireland for a period of time. This settlement was more than just a jump across the sea for work. It was a planned settlement and Fintan explains the documentation available as a result.
